Yes, definitely start watching this show now, but start with episode 1. The previous episodes set this one up very well.

I never, ever ever ever cry. I just don’t. It’s pointless to cry, so I never do.
This episode made me cry like a baby.
The best episode out of any anime I have ever seen – thanks to the priar episodes that set it up. But now, I can’t decide whether the series will be taking a turn for the best or for the worst…
